Dr. Rachel Misquitta

Dr. Rachel Misquitta O.D

Dr. Rachel Misquitta, was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta,Canada. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta. She then moved to Southern California where she attended Southern California College of Optometry. During her Optometry studies she was awarded multiple academic scholarships and was a part of the Omega Delta Fraternity as well as the Beta Sigma Kappa Honors Society.

Dr. Misquitta graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2015 with a Doctor of Optometry degree. Over the years, Dr. Misquitta has enjoyed practicing to the fullest extent of her Optometry license including diagnosing and managing ocular disease, completing comprehensive eye exams, performing dry eye treatments, fitting contact lenses and managing pre and post-operative surgical patients.

She is experienced in medical Optometry, fitting speciality scleral lens and is therapeutically licensed and Glaucoma certified.

During her time off she enjoys trying new foods, traveling and spending time with her husband, and her young two sons in Mission Viejo, CA.

About Becky Henke

My name is Becky Henke, the office manager since 2013. I helped Dr Andersen open her practice in Rancho Santa Margarita 32 years ago before moving to North Carolina where I taught middle school math and raised my 2 wonderful children and many family pets. My goal here is to make every patient experience exceptional, whether you're coming in for routine or emergency care, specialty contacts, a fabulous new pair of glasses, or for our dry eye clinic or esthetic services. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, sailing, hiking, travel, cooking, and planning vacations.

Patty Ryan

About Nurse Patty

Nurse Patty was raised and educated on the East Coast. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, and eventually moved into aesthetic nursing 22 years ago. She is experienced with a variety of medical grade lasers devices, and treatments including Botox, Fillers and PRF. Her new found passion is helping relieve patients of the uncomfortable symptoms of dry eye syndrome. On any given day you can find her in the pre testing room, assisting the doctors with treatments or helping folks select frames. She is a mom to one son and animal lover who currently shares her home with a loving pitty, and enjoys decorating and re-finishing furniture in her spare time.

Andrew has over 20 years experience in the Optical Industry and his greatest passion is his dedication and commitment to providing excellent care and service to every patient.

As an eyewear professional, Andrew specializes in eyewear consulting and fitting. His expertise is in custom made eyewear and is able to make any lens shape upon request. Andrew stays up-to-date with eyewear trends and knows the types of frames that are the most flattering for different face shapes. Additionally, he has a vast knowledge in billing and vision benefits. Andrew is recognized for his patience, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Andrew resides in Orange County with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family. With his adventurous energy, he loves taking family road trips and exploring new restaurants.

Hi, I’m Oscar and I’m a dispensing optician responsible for

pre-testing patients and helping select eyewear that will thrill you.

I also assist patients learning how to apply and remove contact lenses.

I can answer questions about cleaning and caring for them as well as

calculate insurance copays for both glasses and contact lenses.

I help the doctors in obtaining medical screening for scans for common

medical conditions like hypertension and diabetes as well as retinal

conditions like macular degeneration.

In his spare time he likes to play the violin and watch movies.
